1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orbit PT ("Orbit", "the Service", "we", "us"), whether through our website, Telegram bot, or any associated platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Orbit PT is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition guidance service delivered via Telegram. The Service provides personalised training plans, meal suggestions, macro tracking, progress monitoring, and daily coaching messages generated by artificial intelligence.

3. Not Medical Advice – Important Disclaimer

⚠ Orbit PT is NOT a medical service.

All content provided by Orbit PT, including but not limited to training programmes, exercise instructions, nutritional guidance, macro targets, meal plans, and supplement suggestions, is provided for general informational and fitness purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be treated as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified medical doctor, physiotherapist, or registered dietitian before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you:

  • Have or suspect you may have a medical condition, injury, or disability.
  • Are pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from surgery.
  • Are taking prescription medication.
  • Have a history of eating disorders, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or musculoskeletal conditions.

By using Orbit PT you acknowledge that the AI-generated plans are not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice, and that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Orbit PT, its owners, employees, contractors, and AI providers accept no liability for any injury, illness, health deterioration, death, or any other physical or psychological harm arising from following, or misinterpreting, the training plans, workout instructions, nutritional guidance, or any other content generated by the Service.
  • Orbit PT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of earnings, data, or goodwill.
  • Orbit PT does not guarantee specific fitness results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including genetics, adherence, medical status, sleep, and stress levels.
  • Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Orbit PT in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any exercise or nutrition plan is appropriate for your personal health status before following it.
  • You agree to exercise at your own risk and to stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other adverse symptom.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your profile. Inaccurate data will result in unsuitable recommendations.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Orbit PT is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Fees are charged in advance via Stripe.
  • All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via Telegram. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase for new subscribers who have not meaningfully used the Service. To request a refund, contact support@orbitpersonaltrainer.com. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Orbit PT Service are owned by or licensed to Orbit PT. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Availability & Changes

We strive to maintain a high-availability service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orbit PT is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
